My Necessitea is dedicated to educating people about why tea is so good and creating relationships between people and their tea.

My Necessitea provides loose leaf teas that have been customized over 2 decades. And while some teas can be found in other places, our signature flavors (Licorice Mint and London Fog) are our most popular.

As of 2022, our new tea room was opened. This is a collaborative space for the community. We have had yoga, private events, and are part of the monthly Art Walk every second Thursday from 5:30PM to 8:00PM.

Beyond tea service in the tea room, our teas are currently served at BirdHouse and BeBop Waffle Shop in West Seattle.

Tea service is still offered where we bring the tea to your event and serve it for up to 2 hours.

My Necessitea is a returning fixture at the annual Northwest Tea Festival in the fall. You will find us immediately upon entering. You may even sample our tea while waiting in line.

Events are posted on our social media pages and website.  We also send out a monthly newsletter that offers discounts and updates of what events and hours the tea room is open.

In the past we have sold and served tea at West Seattle West Fest, West Seattle Night Market, Husky Deli, The Seattle Clothing Exchange, Fremont Sunday Market, various craft fairs and markets, and provided tea to many volunteer events for non-profit organizations.
